customer service management system. Access is simple, easy, and available 24 hours a day.
Your service request is immediately forwarded to one of our employees. Upon receipt of the request, iService sends you
an instant e-mail message with a tracking number. This tracking number is then used to follow the service request in a
similar manner to tracking a package via the UPS or FedEx websites. At any time you have the ability to view the status
of a service request. A "Frequently Asked Questions" section or FAQ may help you solve your own service needs.
